Memory Fitness Matters BLOGS

 “Great results cannot be achieved at once;
and we must be satisfied to advance in life
as we walk,  step by step.”
Samuel Smiles

Memory Fitness Matters offers suggestions for lifelong learning and successful aging. As a speech-language speech-language pathologist with over 4 decades of experience working with older adults, Kathryn Kilpatrick specializes in working with older adults and their families facing Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

In the last decade people of all ages seem to be complaining about their memory which led to
Walking the Path to Memory Fitness and a successful Memory Fitness Matters program series.

In 2013 she created a series of cable TV shows and corresponding blogs - "Memory Matters for ALL Ages. Kathryn addresses multitasking, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. She offers caregiver support as well as suggestions for memory fitness for successful aging and brain games.
