Kathryn Kilpatrick is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of adults through all the decades of their lives. I hope you will enjoy the abundance of resources and information on my website. Be sure to check out the blog on elder care concerns and look for a blog on memory fitness for all ages later this year.

Little did I know that my career as a speech-language pathologist would lead me to so many fulfilling directions. Many thanks to all those wonderful patients, families and caregivers who continue to teach me so that I can share my insights and suggestions with others. They have all greatly enriched my journey.

And a special thanks to my mother, Florence Mitchell (1918 - 2005) who not only proofread many of my products but gave me a chance, on a personal level, to tap into my decades of experience in her later years. I may have my Master's degree but with four decades in my profession, the experiences we shared gave me an "honorary" Ph.D. on many levels.  I was truly blessed and my vision now is to continue to help others who are open to the process, those who want to gain additional information related to their specific circumstances as they walk the journey with a loved one.kathryn

and create new ones we become the authors,
the authorities, of our own lives."
